My team has the experience and knows how to get the job done. My Real Estate career started when I graduated from WSU with a BA in Marketing, 1983. I have been investing in Real Estate since 1985, and have learned from the school of hard knocks. I have been a licensed Realtor since 1987 and a General Contractor during most of the 90’s managing multiple building projects and successful teams as a home builder. Additionally, I’ve been marketing REO properties since the 90’s. I have personally completed and managed every phase of home tear down, re-construction and remodeling as well as new home construction. My team is designed for aggressive Marketing and knows what it takes to turn Real Estate assets fast.
I personally have the financial resources to maintain an enormous quantity of homes, including the associated utilities, repairs, maintenance, re-key, and repairs necessary to get the job done.
My team consists of many long time subcontractors that have been with me for years. My top assistant, Mrs. Aaron Hines, has over 10 years managing entire apartment complex’s and is at the top of her game. We are prepared and ready for any and all REO and BPO challenges.
We have worked with Bank of America, Countrywide, Saxton, EMC, Wells Fargo, Ocwen Loan Servicing, Aurora loan, and many, many others.
We fully know and understand the details of the foreclosure process in Washington State. I’m up to date on the law changes as it relates to tenants. I fully know and understand the land lord tenant act in the state of Washington.
